How To Use

1. Prepare – Lay the posture corrector flat and attach the adjustable shoulder straps to the waist belt.
2. Wear & Adjust – Put it on, adjust the shoulder straps, and secure the waistband around your abdomen (not too tight).
3. Fine-Tune Fit – Pull the shoulder straps forward, adjust to a comfortable tightness, and attach the Velcro.

NOTE: For best results, we recommend wearing the posture corrector for 1-2 hours daily over 21 days to develop long-term habits for improved sitting, standing, and walking posture.
